In Good Spirits
Beloved San Francisco bar Trick Dog’s artful project, In Good Spirits, is one part poetry anthology, two parts cocktail menu. The proceeds of each copy of this locally-crafted book benefit the Bon Vivants Scholarship, awarded to a first-in-their-family-to-college Black student attending school in San Francisco. Now that’s refreshing.
To craft its non-alcoholic namesake cocktail, mix Martini Vibrante, Lyre’s dry London spirit, Nectar of the Gods, and lemon.
