SFDC showrooms are open, but virtual services are still available

The SFDC’s showrooms are committed to providing white glove treatment no matter the circumstances, and they have swiftly and nimbly adapted to the challenges of COVID. Following are the brilliant new services offered by showrooms to the design trade.

Please note, each showroom has its own menu of services, so please speak to your sales rep or refer to individual showroom websites for details.

Showrooms are open: some are by appointment, and some are walk-in. Please check with the individual showroom for their policy. The SFDC and its showrooms are following all city-mandated health and safety protocols including masking, social distancing, and frequent cleaning of high-touch surfaces.

Personal Shopping

Have a list of fabulous fabrics needed? Your rep can shop the showroom for you.

Virtual Meetings

Prefer to connect virtually? Sales reps are available to meet via Zoom. They are presenting new products virtually as well, and can tailor their presentations to your project specifics.

Curbside Pick-up and Drop-off

Prefer to swing by? Many showrooms are offering curbside pick-up and drop off.

Personal Deliveries & Sample Shipment

Many showrooms are offering personal delivery and swift sample shipping to home or office.

Virtual Showroom Tours

Leading-edge showrooms have created 3D and virtual tours of the showroom so you can see what’s on the floor in real time. Facetime walkthroughs for up close views of products are an option at some showrooms as well!

Quick Ship Program
