Rug Designer J.D. Staron, in collaboration with The Carpet Maker, has launched The Upcycled Collection. This new range of carpets is created using a silk-like yarn called MonSilk, the first fiber made from 100% recovered ocean plastic. The entirely customizable collection can be hand-tufted, hand-woven, or braided; is available in 64 hues of MonSilk fiber; and is water repellent and mildew resistant, making it perfect for land or sea.
